Phoenicopterus chilensis
Chilean flamingos in the altiplanos at the laguna Chaxas.in the Atacama desert in the North of Chile. I was told by the guardian of the reserve, that caused by changes in temperature and therefore food and habitat due to the climate change Flamingos will no longer than 10 more years be able to survive. That is a very sad prospect.
