OK .. after looking at other "Raven" posts on Project Noah, I concede :) Yep this is a crow. And I think it is this one: Northwestern Crow (Corvus caurinus)

Too small for a Raven (beak and all).
I would take a guess at Carrion Crow (or whatever the equivalent is in the US - I only know the 'old world' version :)).

OK hard to tell in the pictures: Ravens have wedge shaped tails and slightly curved beaks. They are also quite large. These birds were large but not entirely sure how large.
