Whitemouth Moray Eel

Gymnothorax meleagris

Notes:

Is this a moray eel? I think it must be. I was guided to this spot and was lucky that the eel was in to take visitors. He could open his mouth extremely, extremely wide but did not do so while I was filming. Scuba diving (<60 feet) off of Nahuna Point. Date is approximate.
