Description:

Sizable Green bush with purple undersides. Was told it blooms and that it is an Exotic plant which may mean tropical in this case. It is native to Eastern Siberia

Habitat:

Planted around the Quaker Meetinghouse. Can be used as a house plant, otherwise needs a semi Tropical or Tropical setting. Is used as a food plant by some Moths.

Notes:

If no one can tell me what it is I will try to go back when it is in bloom.and get more pictures.
