Description:

About 30mm long; tiger moth; nice fluffy red underwear.

Habitat:

This one trying to break into a Ford at a local used car lot at night time. Attracted to strong mercury lights.

Thanks guys.. the small pocket cam has some advantages Luis. And Martin I was thinking the same. It shouldn't be too hard to analyse photos of naturally landed moths on artificial surfaces to calculate their ability or desire to line up with patterns and match their colours. I'm sure someone will get a PhD for it one day.
