Looks like a Russula species to me, perhaps Russula emetica

I believe the white spots can wash off if the mushrooms have seen heavy rainfall. Could be wrong though, we'll indeed see. ;)

I dont think it is an amanita as there are no white bumps on the top, posted another species which may be an amanita pantherina but will see.
