Nature School For Teachers - Fall 2020 Launch!
A giant redwood in the Mariposa Grove of Yosemite National Park
I haven't hugged a tree in a long time. I should do that tomorrow :) why don't you too!
Thanks everyone for the comments and the favorites. I realize the Giant Sequoia isn't as elusive and camera shy as most of the other wonderful and beautiful Spottings of the Day, but it is a magnificent sight! If you ever get the chance to see one, don't pass it up!
"With the exception of coral reefs, Giant Sequoia trees are the largest living things on earth."Don't forget the 2200 acre mat of fungi in Oregon!
Awesome! One day I want to hug one of these too :)
This is incredible. The power of nature and man's insignificance!
