Small black dragonfly, some 3 cm in length; 6 to 7 in wingspan. All black, with tail covered in whitish-bluish pruinosity, and a bright blue frons... Black wings with transparent edges.
Seen on banks of small river in park of central Abuja; banks covered in lush vegetation.
