Longhorn Beetle

Crossidius testaceus

Description:

Fuzzy brown beetle with very long antennae. The elytra have vertical stripes. After getting over my disappointment of not getting a photo of the elytra up for flight, I realized this beetle had flown over to another beetle and they were fighting. They were biting each others legs in a violent struggle. Eventually one flew away. The video shows some of this fight.
