Wild Turkey

Meleagris gallopavo

Female turkey

Woodland, this is one of a pair of turkey's frequently seen in an office building's parking lot scavenging, was observed picking off beetles in the grass and on sidewalks this morning. Has very little fear of pedestrians, a little shy for photography for the star wildlife attraction of a major office building.
