Xylocopa violacea
Large black, bee/bumble bee with dark wings and vague stripes on its abdomen. Xylocopa violacea is one of the largest carpenter bee in Europe with a body length of 22-23 mm. It lives in dead trees and has a solitary lifestyle.
Farmland, dirt road, dense undervegetation.
I made a mistake, the two first photos is of a different species as X. violacea has a orange band on the tip of its antennas, the species of the first two pics didn't have that, so I think I'm looking at X. valga as well. Creating a different spotting for that one.
