There's a glitch with the location. It's actually Sleepy Hollow, NY, but every time I enter it, the program converts it to Stamford, NY.

I believe that is a Common Garter snake (Thamnophis sirtalis). Very common. We have them everywhere in Colorado. Harmless.

Thamnophis sp. From the pic, I can't be too sure on species, but check out both of these species.
