They are crazy little creatures, in the very early stages they just resemble fluff on the trees and then develop into "fluff with legs" http://flic.kr/p/aud65P and then eventually into the adults http://photos.wildmadagascar.org/images/...

Oh, wow, how weird are they! Got no idea on the ID, though, sorry. I hope someone out there knows, though, because I'd love to know what they are too!
