Larus michahellis
Not a Herring Gull at all, as triggs says it is Yellow-legged. Herring Gulls do not make it to the Mediterranean.
I have corrected all this users spottings as they have been inactive for over 6 years.
This spotting could go in the Hunters and Animal Feeding Behavior mission at http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/8463...
From the thumbnail picture I thought the beak was funny looking, but there's a cookie in it's mouth too good.
Hi bety.aia, and Welcome to Project Noah! The common came for your bird is (in English) European Herring Gull. You can insert Larus argentatus in the field available for scientific names.
