Yo encontré una similar en la cordillera chilena!
No es la misma, pero se parece, hay muy pocas fotos de estas avispas en internet.

I found a very similar one in the Andes Range, in Chile. It's not the same, but they are alike, not much info about it thoug, and about 4 people with a few pictures of them.

Carolina, mide unos 3 cm, pertenece a la familia Mutillidae y tiene una picadura muy dolorosa. No sé nada más sobre él.
