I've got some daylilys elsewhere in my yard that match pictures on the web (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Day_lily). However, the flowers pictured above are half that size of a daylily. I'm thinking it has to be a lily variety though. I'll keep looking...

ym guess would be lily too, reminds me of day lily, but not sure about that.
