Solanaceae sp.
A thorny shrub with small fruits, the shape and colours of watermelon.

You can call it Thorny Brinjal.
Welcome @SatyenMehta
Thanks Michaelcali. Arun perfect id.
Solanum xanthocarpum
definitely a member of the nightshade (solanaceae family), i'd guess Horsenettle or Turkeyberry. Niether of which i've actually seen in the wild.
