Hummingbird takes a drink from a geranium.
We usually put these down as Selasphorus sp. Because it is too hard to tell if this is a Rufous or an Allen's unless the back is completely bronze. We get both at this time of year in California. Rufous migrates through California and many Allen's breed here.
