Description:

Very large scales and the brightest of it color is one of the caracteristics of this snake. The head is distinct from the neck, the eye is large or very large, with round pupils. The body is elongated and is more or less laterally compressed, the tail is long.

Habitat:

It is an inhabitant of primary and secondary forest and open areas of tropical dry forest and humid tropical. Is terrestrial and diurnal.
