Sepsis punctum, Fabricus 1794?
2-3 mm long insect, metallic red tail, this tiny fella was waving with it´s wings - like some signals. some pics are blurry - sorry about that. I tried to capture it as fast as I could.

as far I´ve researched with nanas help - this may be a SEPSIS PUNCTUM, FABRICIUS, 1794
anyone? ID ideas?
