Great Blue Heron

Habitat:

It can be found in a range of habitats, in fresh and saltwater marshes, mangrove swamps, flooded meadows, lake edges, or shorelines, but always close to bodies of water, usually nesting in trees or bushes.

This Heron was seen at Bensons Park in hudson NH

Yeah, I would go with a Great Blue Heron. Looks like it could be a younger individual as the plumage around the head looks less well refined.
