Phoenicurus ochruros
This is a small flycatcher - it is roughly the size of sparrow, but appears smaller, as it is of finer build. The adult male (pictured) is grey above, with black back, black breast and black face; light grey to whitish belly and vent and orange-red rump and tail.
Seen in urban environment, in Buda castle, center of Budapest - however, close to rich gardens and a protected forest on shores of Danube.
