I put the link to the National Cherry Blossom festival because the pictures there are the best. I'm not sure if these would grow in France, but these are imported as a gift, from Japan and survive in Washington, DC all along the river around the National Monuments & Memorials. Some flower more white and some flower more pink. They are called cherry trees, but they don't have fruit that I have ever seen.
