Description:

Dark spider with clear silver markings, a band around its abdomen and 7 (I think) dots on its back. Looks like one leg is missing on the left.

Notes:

Also called , the dark comb-footed spider, the brown house spider (in Australia), or the false black widow (though several other species share this common name too).

It looks like a theridiid spider in the genus Steatoda
