Oh! It looks like Clematis vitalba, but leaves are a little different.

Looking closer the leaves are off for it to be my clematis, but the flowers are very similar.
This looks a lot like Sweet Autumn Clematis, but that grows here in Texas. I don't know if it grows in Korea as well? Great pic!
