Boykinia richardsonii
Raceme bearing small, white, pedicellate flowers. Each flower has 5 petals and a maroon center.
Grows in the arctic tundra of Denali National Park, Alaska with other forbs (for example, willow is pictured in the foreground). Seen at an altitude greater than 3000 feet.
It’s also called Alaska boykinia or saxifrage. Thanks to NPS Ranger Dawn for the species ID! This may be the first spotting of bearflower for PN.
