Turpentine tree

Bursera simaruba

Description:

Also know as "Tourist Tree" because the reddish peeling bark resembles a tourists sunburn't nose. If you get up too it and smell the bark or leaves it has a turpentine smell. I think they're gorgeous trees because of the red/brown bark. This one was a monster, near the Ocean shore of Cinnamon Bay.
