Antheraea polyphemus
Approximately 90mm long, 25mm wide
Although I'm fairly certain this is a Polyphemus Moth caterpillar, it's also possible it could be a Luna Moth. They are extremely similar, but this caterpillar is lacking a lateral white line down the sides, so I'm going to say Polyphemus.
