Long-horned Bees, males

Melissodes bimaculata

Description:

Small group of dark bees with long antennae. Pale hairs on legs and top of head. Bees appeared to be resting on a stem of Lavender. Tribe Eucerini. Males have long antennae.

Habitat:

Suburban garden.

Notes:

My best guess for a species. If someone has a better suggestion, please let me know!
