Great John! They evidently breed on Woodley Island, Eureka during the spring & summer, and in fall they return to the sanctuary. In winter, at 'the Log Pond', when all the leaves are off the Willow trees, you can see up to 300 at once roosting in the trees! Something to look forward to for sure
