The Monarch is famous for its southward migration and northward return in summer from Canada to Mexico and Baja California which spans the life of three to four generations of the butterfly. They are of the Milkweed family and love these flowers and flowers that are similar to the milkweed.
there were at least 10 of these beautiful butterflies in my garden.
