Tiny spider. Seems to "run" in thin air more than actually jump between shrubs about 2 feet apart. Thing is the web line wasn't there because I just walked past the path. Yet it was able to make a line and cross to the other side. Ballooning or jumping spider? Not sure. Appreciate any ID :-)
