Ginkgo

Ginkgo biloba

Description:

The fan-leaved Ginkgo is one of the world's most beautiful trees. The scent of its fruit is, however, notoriously not beautiful. For this reason, it is rather unusual to see this tree, wild or cultivated, in our region. This particular tree is too young to bear fruit for now (If it turns out to be a male, it never will, but until it comes of age it's practically impossible to tell).
