Excellent - thank you! Here's another photo I found Googling that name just now that shows the trichomes and the same leaf shape as mine:

That's Tokiwa-haze. i just noticed this plant growing on the UMass Amherst campus last week and it took me forever to I.D.it. I'll be posting my spotting at some point. Even though it's an introduced "weed" it's still interesting to see some of the same inconspicuous plants spotted in different parts of the country, or world.
