It's not a spider, it's a Harvestmen.
A different order of animal in the same class with the spiders - Arachnids.
The closest species name I could tell is Vonones ornata.

That's the same family as harvestmen, The pic on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opiliones and the link posted has more body than one of the harvestmen(which are about 1/4 the size indicated too)

They are really, reallly cool, and they are a plague in the town where I used to live. I wish I could know the real name. I call them robot spider! :P and they smell really bad!.
They must be like 2 or 3 cm long.
