Might be 'Gomphrena globosa' ....

Well, it's not the same species they make the oil from, that seems to be H. italicum but still a Helichrysum.

The same kind of Helichrysum they make essential oil from? that would be really exciting since I have been using that for over a year after they had to put 4 screws in my left foot.

Were the blooms a papery texture? My guess is Helichrysum but I'm not sure.
