A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Lithobates catesbeianus
I am almost certain this is a carpenter frog, although it doesn't have the 4 characteristic light golden stripes down the back. If this is a carpenter frog, it would be good to let DNR or some other wildlife organization know, as they are state listed as Watchlist in Maryland, indicating that they are rare to uncommon there.
