Many thanks, Clive Shirley! with your help I think the ID is C. lagopus since it looks alike somebody elses spotting (see web sites) in the same area :-)
I am trying to involve experts in helping me ID all my mushrooms sightings. I went to Rogers Mushrooms web site. Let´s see if they can help me :-)
looks like this is the natural shape of the mushroom. i had found some too, Though i thought that they were torn .
