Hmmm....I have idea about their Asian presence of the ID mentioned in my comment... but you get idea which type it is.. just want to tell through my comment.

Thanks Ashish. I checked the distribution and description for the species you mentioned - it's not them. Also, this one has black legs and some black on the head. According to a couple of sources it is a red-veined darter (Sympetrum fonscolombii

).
