Try looking in the Scallopwing genus.

It's definitely a butterfly. Note the antennae isn't fuzzy. This butterfly would be of the open-winged skipper family. Not sure what exact species though.

according to this link,this seems to be a Moth. It's body is thick and fuzzy and the wings are held flat while resting.
