Psittacula cyanocephala
The body is mostly covered in green feathers (both male and females), Shades of green vary on the breast, abdomen, back, and wings. Males have plum coloured heads that are outlined by a black ring around their necks...hence the name. Females have duller colours on the head; blue-gray and do not have the black neck strip.
