Spotting

Description:

Large brown and white. Feathers usually appear sort of downy or not as smooth, in comparison to adult hawks or similar birds, maybe a feature of a juvenile? It was hunting dragonflies or other bugs (I think) from the fence line, it or a relative also perch high above on nearby power lines at times.
