A close-up of the sepals reveals something that looks to be Ipomoea indica and yes I.indica can have cordate leaves...

I am not aware of anything in series batatas having that color and size flower except for Ipomoea leucotricha , although I do NOT think the plant shown is Ipomoea leucotricha .
