Rhetus periander
A beautiful Riodinidae butterfly, one of the 3 Rethus species. This one lives at a lower elevation than Rethus dysonii, 1 - 1800 meters. I saw this one mud-puddling beside a small stream. When they are settled down feeding, one can get quite close, but until they settle they can be quite skittish.
