Wow! Is that what is was? I don't think they occur this far south ( SW FL). Thanks for the info.
Broadhead skinks can reach 13 inches in length
Agreed (golf course, too much fertilizer, maybe) I would guess it's a baby gator.
If it's a skink...it's a huge one!
