Carder bee

Anthidium sp.

Description:

Solitary bee with yellow markings. Appeared to be injured, as it was walking on a dirt path with one wing out and one wing back. I let it crawl on me and put it on the flower.

Habitat:

Foraging on Epilobium sp. in Pollinator garden at Penn State Arboretum.
