Leaf green and has a very big abdomen.
Among garden flowers looking for food.
It is a praying mantis, I just don't know what species it is.

This is a female mantis. It might be Miomantis caffra, an introduced species from South Africa. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miomantis_c...
