Yeah ur right about the purple feathers, its possible that its a Purple Sunbird in the breeding plumage

This bird was earlier placed in the genus Nectarinia, but now in Cinnyris

The plumage is similar but the beaks are very different.I think this one resembled the Loten's sunbird female the most, except for the markings on the breast which i couldnt identify.
