Welcome to Project Noah, Kyle! I am not qualified to make species IDs for Asian insects. In the hope of attracting commentary by more knowledgeable PN spotters, I suggest you add this spotting to the following missions: "Global Dragonflies & Damselflies"; and "The Color Red."
