They stood about 5 ft tall at the head

Rocky mountains

Notes:

They were just eating grass on the side of the road. Not scared of people at all, though no one went very close outside their cars

Hey Bad wolf.. you post this photo in the "Signs of Wildlife" mission. This mission should only be used to share the bones, fossils, webs, eggs, tracks, and other signs of wildlife you come across while exploring nature. Could you please remove this spotting from the mission.. Thank you..
